Upon arrival at Anakeesta, navigate to the tickets booth to exchange your Xplorie Voucher for an eticket. Upon entry, present your Xplorie eTicket at the Chondola queue to receive your wristband and travel to the summit of Anakeesta.
HOURS OF OPERATION - Anakeesta is an outdoor park and hours are subject to change. Please call 865-325-2400 ext. 0 for the most up-to-date information on park opening and closing times.
Winter Hours: Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10am to 8pm. Closed Monday-Thursday.

Ride the scenic Chondola or Ridge Rambler adventure vehicle to the summit to enjoy all day and unlimited access. Then, stroll along our 16-bridge Treetop Skywalk and climb Anavista Tower for 360⁰ views from downtown Gatlinburg’s highest point. Walk meandering pathways in Vista Gardens, a multi-sensory botanical garden featuring whimsy, music, and scenic overlooks. TreeVenture and BearVenture challenge courses will delight all ages. Look for the Heart ‘twigloo’ that perfectly frames Mt. LeConte, then pose for a selfie with Willow. When you book online, skip the ticket line and go straight to the Chondola or Ridge Runner area.

Anakeesta does not allow pets. However, ADA certified service animals are permitted. Please notify our staff when purchasing your ticket if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Outside foods and drinks are not permitted at Anakeesta unless required for medical purposes.

Yes! Backpacks and diaper bags are allowed!
Strollers are allowed as long as they can be folded up for travel on the Chondola. Some areas inside Anakeesta may not allow strollers. In those areas, they may be left at the entrance at the guest’s own risk.
Cancellation policy
To modify or cancel, notify us 24hrs prior. Else, a no-show or late cancellation incurs a charge on your card for the full reservation.
